Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:

Coordinate site accommodation and transportation plans in collaboration with the operations team to meet manpower and logistical needs
Source and manage accommodation units by liaising with procurement, property owners, and the administration department to finalize contracts and arrangements
Facilitate the move-in process for site personnel and monitor utility services, ensuring timely payments to prevent disruptions.
Oversee rental vehicle coordination, including processing rental agreements and ensuring proper use and maintenance of service vehicles.
Address and escalate any accommodation or transportation issues, ensuring resolution in compliance with company policies and industry standards

Proven experience in administrative or logistical coordination, preferably in site or project-based environments.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks across departments and stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and site personnel.
Knowledge of compliance requirements and ability to enforce adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Willingness to travel between project sites as needed and work efficiently in dynamic, on-site conditions.
