Das erwartet Sie in Ihrer neuen Rolle:
- Lead visual development of campaigns from concept to execution across all media platforms
- Collaborate with creative teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaign assets
- Design and finalize artwork, ensuring brand consistency and print-ready quality
- Apply expert-level design principles including color theory, typography, and layout
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines, budgets, and brand integrity
Damit überzeugen Sie uns:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in graphic design or a related creative field
- Several years of professional experience in graphic design, art direction, or a similar role (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/XD a plus) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong visual design skills including branding, typography, layout, color theory, and print/digital production
- Able to manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and meet physical requirements of workshop, office, and job site environments
